The following table lists the command support list.

VLAN Configuration

The VLAN is confiugred through the IPMI Set/Get LAN Configuration

command.

To configure the VLAN:

Get VLAN ID :

>ipmitool -H <BMC IP Address> -I lanplus -U root -P root raw 0x0C

0x02 0x01 0x14 0x00 0x00

>11 00 00



VLAN is disabled/VLAN ID is zero.

Enable and Set VLAN ID :

>ipmitool -H <BMC IP Address> -I lanplus -U root -P root raw 0x0C

0x01 0x01 0x14 0x02 0x80

Disable VLAN ID :

>ipmitool -H <BMC IP Address> -I lanplus -U root -P root raw 0x0C

0x01 0x01 0x14 0x00 0x00

BMC Version Information

The BMC firmware version can be obtained by using the IPMI - Get Device

ID command.

To get the BMC firmware version:
