• An error message displays when the connection fails:

The message reads:

Aconnectionattemptfailedbecausetheconnectedpartydidnotproperlyrespondafteraperiod

oftime,orestablishedconnectionfailedbecauseconnectedhosthasfailedtorespond.

• After you complete the initial configuration and click OK on the First Time Setup

dialog, vReplicator will detect any missing or invalid field values and alert you

about them. This error message indicates that an invalid value was entered in the

VC Tree Expand Level field on the View tab of the Options dialog.
