Authentication
and enable
Anonymous
Authentication

certsrv.msc

When the
certsrv
window displays, right-click the server name, select
Properties
and click the
Policy Module
tab.
Click
Properties
and select
Follow the settings in the certificate template, if applicable. Otherwise, automatically
issue the certificate.

Close IIS Manager.

Restart the server. To verify, open Internet Explorer and in the address bar, enter
http://server.domain.com/certsrv/mscep_admin/.
